Happy November 3’rd! Who else had a good weekend? I had a really busy, but good Friday, and a rather chilled out Saturday. Today I want to share with you a recipe I made up last week and is now Luke’s favorite. These Pumpkin Spice Muffins are fluffy and sweet. So yummy, and perfect for fall!
Ingredients:
2 eggs
1 cup sugar
3/4 cup oil
1/2 can pumpkin
1 1/2 cup flour
1 tsp. baking powder
12 drops of Young Living Thieves Vitality oil
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
Directions:
Beat first 4 ingredients, then blend in the remaining ingredients. Fill 3/4 of the way full, then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake at 400 for 13-15 minutes.
See? Super easy and the whole family will love them! Also using the Thieves Vitality oil will help support your immune system this winter! Perfect!
Sincerely,
Hannah Diane

YUM! These look out of this world. Love me some pumpkin spice.
Thank you!
These look wonderful. When you say 1/2 can of pumpkin, is that a 15 oz or 29 oz can?
A 15 oz can. 🙂
I totally need to get on board this baking with essential oils thing. I never think to use mine in recipes! These muffins look great!
These look so good! I’m super interested in the fact that there are oils in the muffin, it must add so much more flavor than just powdered spices. Yum!
Can you use Gluten free flour in place of the regular flour?
