“Wherever you are, be all there.”- Jim Elliott. I’ve always loved that quote. I’ve heard it at so many different places and have read it in so many different books. It sounds so simple- be all there. We get more done and we enjoy life more if we are fully, 100% focused where God has us now.
What good will worrying or wondering about the future do? It will waste our time right now. And we can’t change the past. What good will come from complaining about it? It’s a hard lesson to learn, but one that we all desperately need. Our Lord Jesus even said “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about its own things. Sufficient for the day is its own trouble.” Matt. 6:34. We don’t need to worry about tomorrow! Just focus on today. 🙂
Sincerely,
Hannah Diane
