Happy Tuesday, everyone! How has everyone’s week been going? My Monday was good- accomplished a lot because of the rain. Who else stays home if it’s pouring outside?
Lately, I have not been able to get enough of my homemade Trail Mix! I’ve never liked store-bought trail mix, but when I needed a quick and easy snack to take to work, this is what I came up with. It’s so healthy, and a little sweet….you won’t be able to get enough of it!
And the great thing about this recipe is that you can alter the recipe to whatever you like!
1/2 cup pecans
3/4 cup almonds
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1/4 cup raisins
Mix in a bowl, then taste. Try to resist eating the whole bowl. Transfer to a sealing container. Makes 2-4 servings.
