Who is ready for the weekend? I totally am! Today I want to share with you a quick workout you can do right after you get out of bed. I don’t do it so often anymore because I jump out of bed to make breakfast for Luke, but I used to do this almost every morning when I was single.

I’m a morning person, so I never hit the snooze button, but I’ve never thought about fitting in a speedy workout! It would be kind of perfect for me to quick do this right before my morning shower!

I would love to do this, but I am really not a morning person. I don’t hit snooze or anything, but getting me an my three kids up and out the door is work out enough. I am best in afternoon and evenings with working out. Good for you for doing this!
I definitely need to return to my exercise routine in the morning! Will have to try this out!
