Jillian Micheal’s Ripped in 30- there are definitely some things you will have to modify for the 2nd and 3rd trimesters, but for the most part, keep on ripping it!
Tone It Up’s Love Your Body DVD- these are great, shorter workouts. Again, modify where you have to, but I find these workouts a little less intense than the Ripped in 30.
Jillian Micheal’s Kickbox FastFix- I love, love, love this! It’s great cardio with minimum impact. I hold 5lbs weights for everything, with using 8lbs for the strength part.
10 Minute Solutions Prenatal Pilates- wonderful for pregnancy, obviously. Ha! I usually do the flexibility circuit every morning and it helps me feel SO much better!
Beachbody’s Slim in 6- I thought this would be an ‘easy’ workout. If you think ‘low impact’ is easy, okay…..but this still gets you sweaty and your heart-rate up!
THANK YOU! I just hit the second trimester, and my doctor told me now is the time to start modifying my current routine. I’ve been trying to find some workouts that would actually be challenging (all the “pregnancy workouts” I’m finding are a little silly and way too easy). I’m so excited to try these DVDs!!

Great job keeping up with your workouts while pregnant! Jillian Michaels is one of my faves. I also love the ballet beautiful pregnancy DVDs, but for the most part I’ve just been trying to walk a few miles a day.
You are one dedicated mama to be working while preggers. I love all those videos and have tried most of them.

Oh goodness. I’ve done the Jillian Michael’s 30 Day Shred and that is a beating. Haha!
I like the sound of a video entitled “10 minute solutions”. 😉 I’ve been walking and jogging, but I really want to start doing a more consistent arm workout. We have the P90X videos and sometimes I do a modified and shortened version of their arm workout, I just need to be better about doing it consistently!
